I've been Tagged!!!

I've been tagged by Aimes. Thanks Honey !!!!
The rules are to go to your fourth folder, or your photos, open the four folder and photo, then post it.
I love this photo, we had just come back off holiday hence the children look all tanned and yummy. Unfortunately it was also the day Cameron and I had come out of Hospital, as he had trapped his hand it a fire door, and had to have surgery. Cameron is three, and Emily is six. Quite poignant actually as it is Cameron's Birthday tomorrow and he will be seven.
Right now I have to tag four people:
Sarah P (co its her Birthday tomorrow too, Happy Birthday Sweetie!!)

I love the New Papers!!!

Two days to go ladies (and any gents who are interested) for ordering any of the new products from the Mini Catalogue

There are some gorgeous goodies in it, and available to order from me!!!!!

This project was created using the So Saffron cardstock, and is based on the Box that can be seen on the front of the catalogue. The papers I used are the Washington Apple Designer Papers, they are lush!!

These are the notelets I designed to go inside this cute box.

It is so easy to make, and maybe a future workshop.

The stamp set is a part of the Oval All Set, punched using the coordinating, oval and scallop oval punches. The rest of the products used include Real Red Cardstock, and Very Vanilla grosgrain ribbon.

Hope you like, I have to say I am pleased with the result.

Thank you for popping by.

Jems Challenge Two!

Hi Everyone.
As you all probably know, I'm a Stampin' Up Demonstrator, and as such am part of a group of ladies who signed up through our Stampin' Up Mum Jules.
I love being a part of this group everyone is so supportive and inspirational.
We have completed our second challenge. This is where every two weeks or so, one of us sends the rest a packet of goodies to create a project from.
This month was Jeannette's turn and she send us some fab stuff. The only rule was to use all the embellishments.
The Kit contained: Blank Cardboard Coasters (loved them); two stamped images (they were gorgeous), two lengths of co-ordinating ribbons, co-ordinating papers and textured cardstock, a long sheet of concertined paper and some brads. (I think that was everything)
This is what I created:

As you have probably realised I love making 3-D projects and this one really was a treat. I decide to use as much of the kit as I could, infact I had to add a few more papers.

These Bumble Bees are soooooo cute. I coloured one set, but messed up the background, so coloured the second lot, but decided I didn't want to waste the first ones, so decoupaged them. Aren't they adorable. I used my Stampin' Up markers to colour the images.
I then cut the image and a piece of textured chocolate chip cardstock, using my new mother's day nesties.

The sentiment was stamped using Chocolate Chip Ink, and the Seeing Spots Stamp Set.

I then punched out circle and the Scallop circle, and mounted them up, I love doing this. The flowers were puinched out of the cardstock using the Boho Blossoms Punch. And the brads were using to hold them together.

This is the little detail I put on the back, to draw the whole project together.

Finally this is the inside. Every page has co-ordinating paper, to keep the theme of So Saffron and Chocolate Chip thoroughout.

Sorry it is a really long post. Hope you like what we have all done have a look at everyone elses.

All their Blogs are down my side bar.

Thanks for visiting

I Love a Quickie!!!!!

Card that is. My friend passed her driving test yesterday! Well done Sarah XXXX

So I made her this card.

It was a quickie card, so not very elaborate.

The car was lifted from http://dianagibbs.typepad.com/ Have a look at her punch book it is fab.

The rest of the card was made using bits and bob from Stampin' Up including the sentiment, which was from the recent Sale-a-Bration.
Hope you were lucky enough to get it.
Excuse the light on the photos it was getting late and my friend is receiving this tonight, so only had this chance to photograph it.
Let me know what you think.
Have a good night, Hugs Sarah BX

Special Pressie!

I'm not really into commercial celebrations but unfortunately as I'm now a mum, there are some things you have to relent on for your children. Although, most Sundays for me are a day of relaxing. I am looking forward to receiving to goodies my children have made at school along with the handmade cards they create.

Here is a little pressie I have made for my mother

This is made using the Timeless Template Filed with Flair it is so lovely and has numerous uses.

I am also loving the Best Yet Stamp Set by Stampin' Up, available through a workshop, as a hostess freebie (on sales over £150). And isn't the new Oval and Oval Scallop punch to die for.

Inside the file I have put a Note book, made with my Bind-it-all and various other Stampin' Up Goodies, namely the Schoolbook Serif Alphabet Stamp Set; and a book mark, as my Mum loves reading and as Summer approaches, she will be doing more, I'm sure

I co-ordinated the Note book with the lovely little retro style flowers from X-cut and finished it off with some Pearls, an in Joke between me and my mum!!!

The Colour combination is Chocolate Chip and So Saffron, which are available from Stampin' Up

Hope you Like. I have a Special Mother's Day Giveaway tomorrow so pop by and have a look.

The Last Template!

This is the last Timeless Template, released on Sunday by Papertrey.

Its called the Captured Card Case, and it is lovely.

Very simple, but effective.

I used the new Papers from the Stampin' Up mini. They are gorgeous, Washington Apple. A really nice colour combination.
I also used the new Oval Scallop punch, Oval punch and Oval All Stamp set.

The box fit everything you wish to put inside. It a nice size, not too small, not too big!!

Hope you like, Leave me a comment and let me know!

I got some more awards.

Oh dear I am really bad at this, probably cos I find taking compliments quite difficult (a piece of baggage from my past)

I received an award last week, and will one thing and other forgot to show you and pass it on.

This award was from the lovely Aimes

Her blog is fab and has some great stuff to look through particularly the colouring tutorial, take a look and see what you think.

I'm going to pass this award on to all the lovely ladies who comment on my projects. It is overwhelming sometimes particularly in my pre-menopausal state of emotional breakdown! LOL!

I especially want to pass it onto Clare, who never fails to comment on any project I create, and Jeannette, Anne, Sarah-Jane, Sarah, Jules, Steph, Teri and Toni.

The next award was given to my by Aimes and Steph

She is such a generous soul, I love her to bits and am glad she is back, as it has been far too quiet!

This one is great and I have to say Steph always makes me smile.

My top 10 favourites to pass onto are

Lauren

Jeannette

Anne

Jules

Mandy

Rach

Marlene
