Dressing Up for Christmas Part 2

This is the other half of the Stamp from Yesterday.
Again I have kept the design simple and used the same Forever Friends papers.
And here is the matching Gift bag.

These were so quick and easy to create, and would be ideal for any little boy or girl.
Hope you like.
Take care

Dressing Up for Christmas Part 1

This is just a cutie pie...... or should that be pudding.

I received this little fellow in my design team kit along with a little dressed as a Christmas tree. I decided to cut to separate the images, to give them more versatility, but they are bought as one!!

Its called Christmas Dress Up, and is available from Funky Kits

I have kept things very simple using cardstock from the Forever Friends Christmas Collection, they are a good quality, so good I made a gift bag to match.

I have left the Tag blank so that it can be personalised. The Tag Punches are available from Stampin' Up.

Hope you like.

I'm on a roll!!!! Design team Project No. 3!

I have to be honest, when I opened the design team this time round this was not my favourite stamp........ But I love it!! It really goes to show that looking at rubber doesn't always help.
I love this image, It is so whimsical;)
I think it is quiet feminine and despite the poinsettia I think it is an image that could be used for different occasions.
I have used My Mind's Eye papers again, but this time I have stamped a snowflake all over it to create more dimension. (I bought the snowflake ages ago, can't remember where from, but its lush).
I have also used a nestie, and layered the image on a red cardstock, which was also stamped and the edges inked.
This image was coloured using my faithful Promarkers. I'm starting to really like using the blender pen, patience is required, though!!

This sentiment is from Stampin' Up. Then I die cut a nestie, the same size in the 3 colours. I also had a bit of a play with the mat pack and paper piercer. I really like the little detail.

I then punched a piece of cream card, using my Martha Stewart Punch down both sides, attached some Old Olive ribbon (Stampin' Up) and adhered to my card.

Hope you like pop back soon for more!!

Another Design Team Project.

Here is another project I have created using the gorgeous stamps released last month over at Funky Kits.
I think Alice is so cute.

I have die cut a box from my favourite new Sizzix Die and decorated it in the same way as the card from the previous post.

It is a fab box very roomy and this stamp fits it perfectly.
Hope you like.
I am having a weekend for me and stamping so will hopefully get lots photographed and scheduled for the next couple of week.
Have a great night.

Design Team Card, at last!!!!

Hi everyone, sorry its been so long since I shared a card.
This is from my Design Team Stamps for Sugar Nellie. I finally was able to photograph them today. Not cos the light was any good, but cos I used the window sill and got on with it.
This one is so cute. Its called 'Annie with Present'.
I used the new My Minds Eye, Christmas papers as inspiration for my scheme.
I coloured her in using my Promarkers, on Whisper White cardstock from Stampin' Up - see side for links to demonstrator's. The corners were punched using a Martha Stewart Corner Punch.
The mats were cut from Bazzil Bling, along with the snowflakes using my Martha Stewart punches. The centres were adorned with Dew Drops.

The sentiment was again from Stampin' Up.

This luscious ribbon is also from Stampin' up along with the button and linen thread.
I'll have more to share tomorrow
Take care and thanks fro popping by.

At Last a Card!

Not a brilliant photo, but was in a hurry as this card went out last night. Some friends got married and we went to reception, so couldn't take a better picture in daylight.

I have used a cute stamp from Sugar Nellie, Happily Ever After, available from Funky Kits
I kept the layout very simple mainly cos I didn't have a lot of time.
The border and corners were punched using a Martha Stewart Punch set , then I threaded Organza ribbon through and tied bows at the corners.

I coloured it using my Promarkers and kept the colouring very simple.

I then added a sentiment available from Stampin' Up

Hope you like.

Right got a busy day.
Ironing, Preparing for a Science Staff Meeting tomorrow, hopefully I'll get some stamping and creating done too!! Had some gorgeous stamps from Sugar Nellie as my Design Team Kit and can't wait to ink them up and play.

Have a lovely Sunday.

Thwarted by Technology!!!!!

Really Sorry for lack of posts My organisation plans have been haltered by the technology in our house. Our Computer have died and that means I only get limited access from work. Hopefully will be sorted by the weekend and will be up and running again.

A Whiff of Christmas!!

Well, Half Term is over, almost!!!! And it'll be the run up to Christmas.
So I thought I'd start at least making an effort!!! and Make my Christmas Cards. Only problem will be I won't want to give them away!!
This one will probably be for Emily, my daughter, so I wont really have to give it away!!
I love this style of card, It is so different but so easy to make.
I have used one of the Whiff of Joy Stamps I bought from The Dome last week.
Isn't he adorable. This cute little mouse is ready for the cold weather, with his Hot Choccie and Marshmallow.

I punched out a few Snowflakes using 2 Martha Stewart Snowflakes, and attached using some brads ad 3D foam. The one above had the added extra - a filigree brad from Stampin' Up.

I teamed him up with some My Mind's Eye Christmas Papers, Mellow Moss Cardstock from Stampin' Up and some Ice Blue Bazzill Bling from my Stash.

I also used a border and corner punch set from Martha Stewart. I love these punches. The sentiment and Kraft Taffeta ribbon is also from Stampin' Up
Right got to sort out things for tomorrow.
Hope you like.
Enjoy your Sunday Evening.
