This is my entry for this weeks Stamp With Us Challenge, which was to create a Birthday Card.
I love this Image, Daisy. I thought it would do for my SIL's birthday next week.
I coloured her using Stampin' Up markers for the first time, as I usually use my Promarkers, but I quite like how she has turned out.
The papers I used are also Stampin' Up. They are from the Mini, and are called Washington Apple. I have teamed the papers and image up with Night of Navy Card stock and inked all the edges.
The sentiment is from my favourite set, Circle of Friendship, layered again using white cardstock
I have also used lots of Bling and Pearls. Finished off with ribbon as a detailed feature.

ReplyDeleteMore fantastic close up photography I see! What a lovely card - I love those new papers and Daisy co-ordinates perfectly with them! I'm a sucker for stickin' with my Promarkers but here the SU markers have worked a treat!

I love Daisy too! I feel like my colouring stamps have been somewhat neglected lately with all the orders I have had, not that I'm complaining! I love these papers with Navy card I hadn't thought of doing that, so "Thanks" !

ReplyDeleteLove this card! Dasiy is such a beautiful image and I adore the way you have used colours not usually used. You've got so much going on but it's not overcrowded, it's really balanced. This is one of my favourites of yours-and the colouring's great!
