Vintage Baby with a Modern Twist

Can you believe how good I'm being, more goodies from my extensive stash.
I have had these papers for ages.

When I receive the Design Kit from Sugar Nellie, I set to work out which images I would use with which papers and coloured them all in........... That is where they sat then until I got through all the Christmas Goodies I had to make.

So while I was off I decided it was time to get them made into cards. This super cutie image is a Home Grown Image called 'Vintage Baby' available from Funky Kits

There is so much happening over there at the moment, but more about that later.

I wanted to do something a little bit different so I went for a pull tag hidden behind the turned down corner. The Tag Punch and Long strip punch are both available from Stampin' Up.

Here is the tag that pulls out, ready to write the details of the newborn on.
This Stamp is also available from Stampin' Up, as part of the Bundle of Joy set.
I went for very modern bright colours which I think show the versatility of this Stamp.

The sentiment was cut from so vellum word sheets I have in my stash, but could easily be achieved by using your computer and printing onto vellum.

I raised the image up in the middle with foam pads to give some extra dimension.

Here is another angle.

As I mentioned earlier there is a lot happening over at Sugar Nellie and Funky Kits. There is a fabulous sale going on which is full of Bargain Galore, have a look . They also have 10 stamps discounted for the whole of January.

Also have you seen the fab job Zoe has made of the Blog its amazing, have a look and see what you think.

Well I'm at work tomorrow, really don't know if I remember how to teach, what a relaxing holiday I have had. Well I'm off to sort out a few scheduled posts just in case I collapse from over work !LOL!

Take care and thank s for popping by
