Sizzix have brought out some fab dies recently. This next project was created using one.
It is not like all the other dies, this one is specially made to cut out Chipboard! Well what's different about that, all Sizzix dies do that! Yes but these are better.
For more substantial boxes they have created these to also cut and score chipboard. other dies do tend to break the board on the scorelines these are much neater!!
All the mats have been cut by me, I think they could be a little neater, especially the curve on the flap, Oh well it was my first.
Another lovely inside shot!!
Hope you like, I'm sure I'll be making more.
Take care

ReplyDeleteHi Sarah
ReplyDeleteThese last projects have been absooluitely wonderful. Which dies do you use for your boxes and little purse and where do you get them from? I would love to have a go at something like this. As always a great project and very inspiring. Well done you. Love Terri XX

My Blog candy.
Looks like it could be good for holding ATCs. The fact that you made it with scraps is eve better. Does it work on card too? Don't use chipboard at all. Maybe it's something I'll have to try. Do you need anything special for it to work and will it work with the Cuttlebug???

These are some of my fave colours, and that is a great little box. I've recently bought a big shot, so I'm keeping my eyes open for useful dies, and this could be a future purchase.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful bag Sarah, that die is lovely!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.
