Well, got to the airfield all set to write my reports, and guess what didn't do a single one. I sat chatting and catching up with people I've not seen for a year or so!!!!
However I did have time to create a card for my niece's fifth birthday on Tuesday!
However I did have time to create a card for my niece's fifth birthday on Tuesday!
The image is a new cutie stamp I bought from Dies to Dies For. They CC Designs and I love them, they are just simple images.
Then I coloured them using my Trusted Promarkers, and highlighted using a Sakura Gel Pen.
The papers are part of the sweet always range from Stampin Up.
I even had a little time to decorate the inside.

The card stock is from my stash.
I added her name using Schoolbook serif, again from Stampin Up and layered it up using a variety of punches.
1 1/4 in for the letter, 1 3/8 in for the backing paper and the Scallop Circle for the the final layer, these were then 3Ded together and added to the front.
I added a couple of Prima flowers and some dewdrops to finish it off.
Hope you like. Have a lovely day. The sun is shining here, but I have to get some reports done and the ironing. But I'm sure I'll find some time to make a card or two!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteLove the card and how you've put her name down the side with the circle and scallop punches - great idea :)

Lovely card. SU punches are great to add finishing touches to cards, don't know what I would do without mine!
