Doesn't she just look like she could be trouble!! TROUBLEMAKER is a stamp from Whimsy stamps available from Bunny Zoe's - I know I have them on digi but there is something about rubber that I prefer.
I have used some glossy accents on the ice cream and drips.
I used those fab bobble ribbons again, although I had trouble with the pink one sticking over the top of the orange one! So I stuck each individual bobble on!!!
The sentiment is from a CC Design Set I have, layed using punches from Stampin' Up.
Here is the completed card. The papers are lush - Sweet and Sour from Stampin' Up.The card follows the sketch created by Rachel Jakes a DT memeber at Kenny K's Krafty Girls, unfortunately it never made it into the challenge!!
