Tomorrow sees the release of the New Mermaid Stamps from All That Scraps. And this is my first card as part of the Design Team.
This is one of the Sweet November Stamps: Mermaids, Designed by Amy Young.
Isn't she gorgeous. I used this one first cos I love dolphins.
This is one of 4 images which will be available from All That Scraps on Monday 5th July.
Are you ready for a tour of my card:
I stamped the image as usual using memento ink, onto Whisper White Cardstock, from Stampin' Up and then coloured her and her friend with my promarkers. I used some pearl gems for her waist band, Think think they look lush, along with her earring. I used some stickles to add some glitz to her hair too!
I punched out several different sized circles and a sentiment, which were all joined with a gem brad.
Another bit of lusciousness - Green Organza Ribbon, from my stash.
Isn't this dolphin cute. I coloured her pink, to co-ordinate and glitzed her up a little. I also stamped some pink and green images to add detail, which I love doing along with adding a little more stickles to each corner.
Here is the finished card. I used some MME Papers, from the Mary Mary Range and some Green Coredinates Paper.
Here is a final dimensional shot. Hope you like. There will be another card tomorrow, for Day 2 or Previews and then hopefully some more to follow soon!!!!!
Have a lovely Weekend.
We are having a bit of a time of it at the moment, which seems to make it hard for planning anything.
I was at Hospital last week as Cameron Split his head open at the airfield with his dad, then Emily went to secondary school for a visit along with puberty kicking in full force the night before, and then Andy's mum and dad's house got broken into last night while they are on holiday.
And amongst all of this I'm suppose to go to work and act like an enthusiastic teacher. Only 2 weeks and 4 days left to go!!!!!
Sorry to rant but just needed to get all that out!!
Take care and pop back tomorrow, no more ranting I promise!!
Hugs Sarah B X
