3rd Birth Card

Out of all the Birth cards I created this week, this is my favourite! I love the colours, again I used the Colour Coach from Stampin' Up! Its so useful!
The Colour Comb is Regal Rose, Tempting Turquoise and Crumb Cake.#
This cutie image is from quite an old stamp collection - again using things not used for a while!!!!
Its The Messy Rabbit Collection, by Joanna Sheen - but looking on her website, its not available any more!!!! These were my first stamps and the one I really got into stamp from!
I have used my Sizzix Sizzlet Alphabet FRUIT SMOOTHIE - I love this set.

Then finshed with a button and bow!
I hope you like. I'm back at work today so this is a scheduled post, as will the rest be for this week so make sure you pop back to have a peek!!
Take care and have a lovely day.

Anyone for Anya - Sketch

Good Morning Everyone, It is beautiful this morning in Mansfield, which is good cos I have so much to do. I am terrible!!! I always leave things to the last minute!!! Back to work tomorrow, so have to do the planning, and marking!!!!

Anyway its TIme for Anyone for Anya, and its a sketch challenge this week, which I love!

Several years ago, while I was watch create and craft, Joanna Sheen set a challenge to get more people stamping, and I haven't really stopped, that was the beginning for me. Now this year she has thrown down the gauntlet again, and is challenging people to use things they haven't used for a while, so that is what I am looking to do this year along with trying to cut back on buying new things!! So today's card for the cvhallenge is using a stamp I haven't inked for ages - The Greeting Farm's MEGAN, she is so cute!!! I decided to stick quite rigidly to the sketch and created an easel card!

I do love these cards they really give a wow factor, without too much work.

I have used some backing paper scraps from my stash, brads and pearly buttons are also from my stash (had for ages) a bit of ribbon and a sentiment HELLO!

I hope you like
Make sure you hop over to the challenge blog and have a go to win yourself a prize also check out the rest of the DT and their fabulous inspiration!!
Right I have to do the ironing, planning and marking, so see you later!!

2nd Birth Card

Today I'm sharing the second Birth card I made. Isn't this bear cute! This was one of the first stamps I bought and made a card with and posted on my blog, over 2 years ago!

I also wanted to do something a little different by way of colour, so I looked through my newest little goodie - The Colour Coach from Stampin' up! Wow, I love it. You look through for a colour you want then turn over the card and it gives you 2 colour combos. So I have used Regal Rose, Chocolate Chip and Daffodil Delight.

I added a bit of Regal Rose with a cutie charm.

Another Elzybels Sentiment.

And the finished card! The Pink really wasn't that bright, but the light at the moment is shocking and can't seem to get it right, either too dull or too bright! Hope you like!
Back tomorrow with Anyone for Anya so make sure you drop by to have a look!
Take care

1st Birth Card

I was asked recently if I would make several Birth Cards, not something I make often for myself as many of may friends have had their children, be I guess as time passes they'll be grandparents !!!!!!!!! Scary!!!!!!!
Anyway, first I though Argh!!! I have no images!! How quickly we forget what we have, so I spent some time going through the boxes of stamps I have!!!!! Several days later............ I found a few!! As the cards were for the same person I had to make them with different images.
This one from Elzybels is so sweet! I love it, obviously colouring it could make it a boy card, but these were for girls!!!
This sentiment was also from Elzybels.
And finally a sentiment from Stampin' Up.

......... And the final card! I love the colour combo, Regal Rose and Chocolate Chip.

Hope you like, I really enjoyed making this, very simple and quick. I'll share the other two over the next couple of days.

Have a lovely day,

Take care

Hats Off to Miss Anya

Its Been a long time coming but I have finally had a chance to post a card on the Dies to Die for Blog, using some of the gorgeous papers Tracy sent me - wish I am now going to have to buy!!!

I have the whole collection but unfortunately I have not inked them all up yet!!!! I think I'm obsessed with Stamps!!! LOL!!!

I made some more of these lovely circle blooms using the paper.

Then I used a Ticket Stamp from Bunny Zoe's - Whimsy Stamps, with a co-ordinating die, it is lovely!!!
And of course it wouldn't be complete without a co-ordinating box!!

Hope you like

Have a good day and Take care

Another Project with My New Baby

Oh it was so nice to not have to go to work this morning, and I can play all day!!!!!!
I thought I would share a project I created using my Bigshot Pro - it really is a fab machine, and if you like making boxes in bulk and are an avid scrapbooker, there are some fab dies!
I made this using the Matchbox Die - I cut and made 5 then layered them together.

Using some of Tim Holtz lovely paper I distressed and matted it to each side and the top. I then used one of my fav Kenny K images and a bit of ribbon and a few circle flowers.

I did the same on the opposite side, but with another favourite Kenny K Image.

The flowers were distressed and inked, then finished with a brad and a couple of punched leaves.

I then arrange a few flowers on top just for a little added interest.

I perfect place to keep embellishments, and other crafting bits and pieces.
I think I might enter this into this weeks Kenny K's Krafty Girls Challenge, where everything is R's, as I have used Ribbon, Rope and Rhinestone brads!!
Have a good day all and take care.

Anyone for Anya Challenge Project

Good Morning Everyone, hope you are all well and have had a good week. Boy, am I glad the half term has started, had parents' evenings last week!!!!!!!! SO tired.
Its Anyone for Anya time again, and this week the challenge is to create anything other than a card!!!!
Just up my street this one!!!! I love creating different things,
I have used the gorgeous Violet again, she is adorable I love her and she can tick so many boxes!!!
The box I have made is from a die I have for my Big Shot Pro, fastly becoming my favourite buy ever!!!!!!
It is a lovely box and a perfect size for some lovely goodies.

The base is sturdy enough to close without glue, therefore it can be opened, without disturbing the bow and top!!

Hope you like!!!

Now get yourself over to the Challenge blog and check out the fabulous inspiration from the rest of the ladies.

The prize this week is being sponsored by Crafts 4 Eternity, and the prize is 2 digi images.

Take care.

Anyone for Anya........

Good Morning Everyone, hope you have all been ok this week!!! Well have had a busy weekend so far as it was Emily's Birthday on Friday and we went shopping yesterday and then today we have a trip to the Cinema planned!!!!
Right on to this weeks Anyone for Anya Challenge!! Its a Colour Challenge, which I do struggle with!! But hopefully I have got it right.
I have used the gorgeous CC Design Stamp Violet with a Key, from the Swizz Pixie Range
I absolutely love her and can't seem to stop inking her up and making projects with her adoring them. I have used some fabulous papers from Tracy at Dies to Die for. They are Bo Bunny's Love Bandit!! Great for Valentines Day!
I have used some Stampin Up Ribbon, a punch or two and a few spots of bling!
This sentiment is also from CC Designs - called Key and Lock, it also has a co-ordinating die!!
Here is the complete Set!
I used one of my new Sizzix Pro Dies, but adapted the Match box slider to create a flip top lid!

This is a beautiful sentiment, again from CC Designs, the papers are again Bo Bunny

I also created some of my favourite flowers, simple and effective!

I hope you like,
