Hello everyone. First things first. Thanks for all the lovely comments you guys left me while I was a way. And I'm really pleased all my scheduled posts worked.
We had a great holiday, weather was great and spending time with family was entertaining to say the least, Emily and Cameron are growing up so quickly, they are developing into two very lovely and funny people!!!
I think I am about catching up on the washing but the ironing mountain is going to have to be conquered soon!!!
I used this one called Raining Tilly and created a Rainy Day Kit.
Isn't she sweet! They are Digi Images, which I am really loving as you can size them however you like!
Here is a carried carton, to hold the contents, I'm really sorry I can't remember where I purchased the template from as soon as I find it I'll let you know cos it is great!
It has three sizeable compartments, and is really very sturdy.
I coloured Tilly using my promarkers, on Neenah cardstock. The Sentiment was printed on the computer too, and then I cut it out using a SU Circle punch and stamped around the edges, one of my fav techniques.
Here is the notebook - a very cheap one from Asda. I covered the front and layered another image of Tilly.

Again I printed out the sentiment, and used various circle layered up to add detail to the attachment.
I stamped a bubble image I recently purchased from Elzybells in Tempting Turquoise onto Tempting Turquoise cardstock - both from SU.
I also wrapped some matching thread I had in my stash.
I created my own little crayon box and in the same way as the notebook and carton, layer Tilly on the front.
Here is the whole collection, complete with chocolate!!!
Its a little bit late, but the rest of the Design Team created some gorgeous projects go and check them out, here. There are more posts with the other releases, make sure you have a look.
I hope you like. I am hoping to be caught up with things but its taking longer than expected as my back is playing up along with my hips, and although I have the medication to take the pain away it sends me to cloud cuckoo land so don't get anything done anyway!! Bare with me. There is an Instyle Blog Hop scheduled this Friday so stay tuned!
Take care and have a lovely day.

Wow, what an impact you made on your return. That box is so cool. The shape is really unusual. Is it a printable template?

P.S. You mentioned you used Neenah card stock. Funnily enough, we were discussing this card on my Bugaboo DT Forum and all the American designers seemed to rave about it for using with their copics. I wwould be really interested in how you found it with Promarkers? What does the back look like, does it seep through? Also, where did you get it from as some of the DT were going to send me some over!
Back with a bang. This is all super!
ReplyDeleteWow what a stunning set, I love this image and the vibrant colours you have used are fab x
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute project! Your coloring is beautifully done and I simply love your vibrant color choice! Thanks so much for joining the pixie cottage challenge.
