OMG!! What a week!!

I am sure like me, many of you teachers or Parents are absolutely shattered after a first full week back at school or work!!
I have had lots of delivery of new goodies to! Stamps from CC Designs which I have to say I love buying especially from Tracey over at Dies to Die for cos her service is brilliant!! I have also had some new goodies from Stampin' Up and some really new goodies from Stampin' Up.
Well with such a busy week I was only able to play yesterday, I was so frustrated, and I'' share what I have created this week!
My share today is one of my Totes. I made this during the summer holidays and forgot to share it. This was a more male tote I created after a commenter asked for more masculine type goodies.
What is more masculine than pirates?!?

I don't actually have this stamp set, I borrowed it from a wonderful friend of mine.

The set has so many different details it was difficult to decide which to use.

All the images were coloured using my Promarkers.

Opps!!!! I missed the beak, shhhh!! Hopefully no-one will notice!!

What I really liked about this tote was creating the wooden plank effect.
I have had this paper for ages. Its from the Papermill. I do tend to over kill on paper and card. I have a whole box full and not the new size!!!!

I adore this map, and like how decoupage makes its look!

The gold, hinge and clasp were die cuts from Sizzix die I have had and never really used!

Here is another full length view.
I am planning this year to give these totes away to the children as prizes for hard work and consistency, hopefully it might work as a good incentive for my gorgeous Year 3s to work hard!!
Got a busy year there seems to be so much to do and more on the way with different incentives planned. So it looks like lots of therapy will be needed retail and crafting, can't wait.
I'll be back tomorrow to share some of my delicious goodies!!
Have a fab Sunday

  9. Sarah, what incredible detail in this project, I think your class are very lucky, owning one of your wonderful creations would give me the incentive to work hard. I'm just amazed at how you find the time to create such stunning designs, especially with teaching every day!!
