autumn fun..........

Today I am sharing a card which looks like my garden. We have a beautiful Japanese Maple and It looks beautiful for about one week in the year, when it turns all shades of red, but one gust of wind and the whole lot ends up on the grass, then the leaf fairy comes along and clears them away (that's DH, by the way!!)

I have used Sassy Suzi from The Greeting Farm, I bought her from Dies to Die For and have not done much with her, but her coat and hair, I think, really suits this Anyone for Anya Challenge.

I used the Tim Holtz, on the edge FENCE die, His bare tree die and a maple leaf punch, The backing paper is from MME, and finally the sentiment is from Stampin Up.

Good Morning everyone, hope you are enjoying the summer holidays!!!!

A quick post from me today as I have so much to do what with taxiing children and physio appointments, things are a little busy before I go away on Saturday!!!!

The card I am sharing today is another Anyone for Anya Challenge which seemed to get lost in Cyber land!!

It was for a challenge named Patriotic.

I made it into an 8" by 8" card.......

a colourful blog hop continued.........

Good Morning, WOW What a response to the Blog Hop testerday, well hold on because it is continuing today!!!!

We have a second image to share with you all.

Here is "HOLD ONTO MY HEART" from Sugar Nellie and available from Funky Kits

Aren't they sweet, such a lovely versatile image for young and old alike.

I also like it cos I don't have to colour the faces!!

Today's project isn't a card or a box its a front or plague. I haven't decided what to do with it really, but I like that as I can please myself when I'm ready and if an ocassion that suits pops up!!

Its so sweet.

I have embossed and die cut some Tim Holtz Hardward findings and then inked in white.

I also added a heart!!

Love this embossing folder, I have never seen these but will be searching, the embossing is deep and looks amazing.

a challenge card thats way too late...........

With all the problems I have been having with my computer I didn't realise that a couple of my posts were missing.

Here is a set I created for Anyone For Anya, a couple of weeks ago, Its for Father's Day.

I used The Greeting Farm Image Later Skater cos I think it suit my Hubby!!

I made a matchbox, Milkcarton and Card, all using the same image and papers and colours - Bravo Burgundy, Tempting Turquoise (Stampin' Up) and Lil' Robots Papers from MME

I have really gone OTT with the Gears, cos Hubby is an engineer and always got his hands dirty.

Here is a sentiment from LOTV, so suitable for any occasion.

Not content with them being on the out side I put some on the inside!!

Anyone for Anya - Birthday Creation

Its Sunday!! I love creating for Anyone for Anya and using these images CC Designs and The Greeting Farm are really my favourites!!

Today I have created a Boy's Birthday Tag Card

I went really bold using Red, Blue and White. The Tag Card was created using a folded piece of Crumb Cake Cardstock and the Big Tim Holtz Tag Die!

.....and the ribbon was from my stash.

An Ordered Birthday Card.....

I was so excited to receive the new set from The Greeting Farm - CREEPIN' CREW.

I couldn't wait for an excuse to ink them up!!!

Well a friend asked me to make a card for her daughter, so what better image than this one, she is dreamy!

The Daughter's favourite colour is Purple, so colour combo sorted.

I created this flower from the Tattered Flowers die from Tim Holtz, and layered it up as per a flower in this month Cardmaking and Papercraft Magazine.

I cut out the lettering from Tim Holtz Vintage Market,

I also embossed a piece of Bazzill Paper and sanded it!!

Here is my completed card!! Such a shame to give it away!!

Anyone for Anya - April Page

Good Morning All. Its Sunday which means its Anyone for Anya Time.

This week we are continuing the Birthday Calendar Challenge with April!

Here is My Page............

I have gone for My Favourite Papers at the mo....... Stampin' Up's Sweet and Sour, they are gorgeous!!!!!

The image is from the Roll Call Collection ( still available from Quixotic Paperie at a discount!!!!!)which The Greeting Farm released last year. (I'm waiting for the latest Collection they have released.....was lucky enough to get a set limited release on 1st March Creepin' Kit - it will be on general release in April!!!!)

This image is called Summer....... a little early but hey ho!! I think she is sweet!! The Flowers are created using a Sizzix Die I have had for years!!!! Its actually an Ellison Thick Cuts one. I have layered them up after cutting a couple of times. After sticking them together I made 2 brads using my i-top (there is a story behind those to!!!!!) I think they are so lovely, and you don't need much else on the card or project you create.

Here I have stamped a Whimsy Sentiment Image, I stamped it onto a ticket cut from Tim Holtz Sizzlet!! (although I do have the Whimsy Die which con-ordinates!) The Bobble trim is a recent buy which i love it is so different.

Now believe it or not but I'm not the most organised of people, and I very rarely look at the sponsors for AFA before posting and I didn't realise that Bunny Zoe's was sponsoring Us this week, Most of the items I have used are available from Nikki and here service is fabulous!!

My October Page

Here is my October page. I used Mummy Trevor from CC Designs - isn't he adorable!!!!

The web is cut from a Martha Stewart Punch and then glittered with stickle. The wording is from the Tim Holtz Sizzix Embossing Folder, for Halloween, which I inked to really see the letters.

I love Halloween, I thinks its cos I was born in October.
