Some thing I forgot to Share..........

I was looking round my craft room tidying up, and realised i hadn't photographed this project and shared it with you.

I made this ages ago, and then demoed it as a class.

It is so cute. I love the image, Kimono Kids and think Its my favourite from the Stampin' Up Cattie.

I find this sentiment so apt for me, as My friends are so important and have very few family members I like or have anything to do with apart from my Mum!

This is a sentiment from Lauren Meader along with the Box Template.

And here is the completed project. The ribbon is from Stampin Up to!

Quick post today.

Take care

All that Scraps Preview Day 1

Oh I'm so excited by the new releases over at All That Scraps. We received our kits last week and they are to die for.
This months kit is full of add ons, little bits and pieces for Emma and Trevor, and all the others to sit on!!!!
Isn't this Hope Chest gorgeous. Trevor is also quite dapper too!!!!
I created the sentiment myself and printed it on the computer, using "Lucinda" font.

I added the little lock, just for some extra detail. The papers I have used are a new range from MME called Lil' Robots. The Ribbon and Cardstock are all from Stamin' Up.
You can just about see some of the dimension, as I 3Ded Trevor. I then had to make a box. I thought this one from Lauren Meader would be perfect, as it looks a bit like a chest. Its called the Flapper.
I love it! It has such an unusual opening, and the whole shape is unusual to!
Here is the complete set. I hope you like. There will be a few more over the next couple of days.......hopefully as the are scheduled for while I'm away!
Make sure you pop over to All That Scraps, here, the rest of the Design Team have really done a job with these stamps, these pale by comparison!
Have a good day. This is my last post now so will see you all when I get back off holiday! How am I going to survive for 2 weeks and no computer!!!!!!

New Leanne Ellis Designs (2)

I love this image. Although Leanne Ellis is a bit darker in style, I used the Papermania Papers as inspiration for this set. Again this is another image from Sugar Nellie and soon to be available from Funky Kits.
Here is the completed set. Again I have used a Lauren Meader Template. I have really enjoyed sifting through these and using them with these images. A very Girlie, Delicate Set.
Some gorgeous Prima Blooms teamed up with SU Gem Brads.

Here I have trimmed the image with a nestie and layered with a matching scallop one.
And more blooms, and Taffeta Ribbon, (from SU)

Hope you like

Meet Erin, DT Project.

Isn't She Beautiful.
This gorgeous young lady was sent to me as part of my Design Team Kit for the December Release, over at Funky Kits.
I have lots planned with these stamps so please keep popping by to see what I do!!
As always the image was stamped using Memento Ink, the best for colouring in with Promarkers, my favourite colouring medium.
I think the green although very strong really works well with the papers and brings out the green strip.
This sentiment is from Stampin' Up, a set called Sincere Salutations, very useful, a definite must have!!!!
Both Blooms were created using a Spellbinder Die, very versatile, I do like creating my own flowers. You can just about see that the flowers have been spritzed with Glimmer Mist.
The Papers I used were from Basic Grey.
I also created a lovely little box using one of Lauren Meader's new templates from her pre-opening releases, go and have a look they are lovely, there are three in total.
The box is called the Cutesy Cover.
I have used another bloom to fit to the front.
And a magnet fastener.
I hope you like.
I have lots of things planned for the new year and was wondering if you would give me your opinion.
Each month I was thinking a doing a project tutorial. I was wondering what everyone thought.
The tutorial would involve making a project from beginning to end, choosing colours, papers, etc. Would anyone out there be interested????
Let me know.
Right I'm off to create more things while I have the enthusiasm.
Have a lovely day and thanks for all your lovely comments about my article. You are a lovely bunch of people.

I Totally Love Templates!

Papertrey have just launched some new goodies and Lauren Meader has come up trumps yet again with her new Timeless Templates.

Over the next few days I am going to show you what I have created using these templates as inspiration.

I used cardstock already in my stash, as I'm trying to work through it before I buy more!LOL!!!!

I stamped the small square of Whisper White card stock using the Fast Flowers stamping wheel, then inked the edges, obviously. I then punched out a scalloped oval (in the new mini) the stamped a sentiment from Best Yet, inked the edges, again. All done with Chocolate Chip Ink Pad from Stampin' Up.

Then I added a little bit of ribbon and ................

This is the "Filed with Flair" Card holder or organiser.

I love it, I may even make one with a Mother's Day twist, you'll have to wait and see what I come up with.

Hope you like it. Leave me a comment and let me know!
