Promarker Challenge No.3: Polka Dots

Here is the third Challenge for The Guest Designers over at Passion for Promarkers.

The Challenge for this week is.....

Any colour and Polka Dots.

It was perfect. About a week ago my friend bought these gorgeous little shoes for a friend of her's who was expecting a baby girl.

Aren't they just so CUTE!!!!!

My favourite colour red and polka dots.

So I thought instantly of a gift box.

And this is the result.................

I first created an acetate topped gift box.

I also dragged out a stamp set I've not used for a while, from the Pink Cat Studio.

I coloured the baby using BLUSH and DUSKY PINK for the shadow areas.

Then I used BERRY RED for the stawberry and GRASS and FOREST GREEN for the stalk.

I then created a couple of my favourite Sizzix flowers using the co-ordinating papers, and punched out some polka dot and plain leaves in green paper.

Finally I made three tags in coordinating red papers to attach the baby.

A bit a polka dot ribbon and a POLKA DOTTY GIFT BOX and PRESSIE.

Always a Sweetie!

This card is with my SU Mum in mind, The SU Sweet Always Papers are her favourite, although I have not used any chocolate on this card, opps, Sorry a little bit on the hat flower!!

Isn't this image a cutie too!!

The ribbon is SU, Pumpkin Pie 1/4 in Grosgrain, I love these ribbond, they are such good value for money!!



I finished of with my favourite flowers and a few gems, cos she strikes as a bit of a Bling Diva in the making, the image not my SU Mum!!!!

Really missed her this week, cos she has been 'Somewhere over the Rainbow', as a munchkin in the Land of Oz.

Strawberry Fayre!!

Now of all the cards I made using this Stamp Set, this has got to be my favourite. Maybe its the colours, I just love red, black and white together, and then strawberrys, what more could you want.

The image was coloured using my favourite Pro-markers. Everywhere I look at the moment these fab pens are being used.

The papers adn cardstock are SU, but the ribbon is from my stash, although a similar one is available from Stampin Up too!

Here's the finished card! A very simple but effective layout I think. Using a border punch to accent one edge really can set a card off.



Right, then considering the HUGE Success of my last give away, LOL!!!!!!!

I thought I'd give away a set of these cutie stamped images along with a set of CC Design images too!!!!!

Certainly Bunny!

Here is another card made using my Pink Cat Studio Stamp Set This is really a cutie! I have used colours that I don't usually go for but see everybody using them.

I have followed my own layout. Which I quite like!

I have coloured in the image with my trusty Pro-Markers.

I hope you like, I should be drawing the winner for my Gorjuss Girl Giveaway tonight, and as yet only have two entries, so times awasting, hurry only a few hours to go!!!

BOO Bear!

I bought some cute stamp from Pink Cat Studio last week, they are adorable.

There is the main baby's body, which is idea on its own as a baby card, but then you also get lots of bits and pieces to dress the baby with.


This is obviously a teddy bear theme, and it was just calling for me to use my Boo Bear Dies, which I have not used since I bought them last year.



Here is Boo in Close Up!!
I punched him out using Chocolate Bazzill Bling, and then inked all round, using Chocolate Chip from SU.

The cardstock and papers are all from SU, and I coloured this cute image using my favourite Pro-markers.

Can I please send out a big THANK YOU and lots of hugs to everybody , thanks for all your lovely messages, I think we are all over the initial shock, of Andy's Grandad dying, he had had a wonderful life and was ready to go at the age of 95years.

Another Busy Day!!!!

Well today started at 3 o'clock this morning, to Cameron bursting into our bedroom, asking if he was 7 yet!!!!

You can image the reply he got!!!!!!!

This was then at the reasonable time of 6 o'clock!!!!!


Oh to be a kid again!!!!

This is the card that I made for my gorgeous boy. I received the Images from my SU Sister, Sarah-Jane as a prize from a competition she was running.

They were the perfect thing for Cameron's card as they are all his favourite dressing up outfits. And he is obsessed with Pirates!!

Super Cam flying again!!!!!!!

Cowboy Came lassoed some fab presents!!
