Hello All! Hope everyone is well. Its half term and I'm ill!!!!!! But at least I can have lazy days.
So much has been happening and I'm sorry but my blog has been neglected!!
Work is crazy but the new school year has started well, the children, although lots of them are Great!! I have a lot of boys this year but they are lovely!
There have been lots of changes, I have had to really things about things and have made some decisions about my Hobby!!
I have cut back on lots of DT work and now only have The Sugar Bowl left which I hope I can cope with. I have loved being on DTs but no matter how much you think its fun and undemanding, with a full time job and young family, I have finally admitted defeat!!
Anyway enough of me blathering on!! I'm going to show something I have only yried recently and love it!! Putting images onto candles. Emily - my daughter - loves it too!! So we are in the middle of sorting Christmas Presents for Everyone!!
Here is my first attempt and a tribute to my love of Sugar Nellie.
I used DAISY, she was a first love, and I still think she is cute!!
The candle was from ASDA, in a pack of 6. and they fit perfectly in the Pro Milk Carton!!
I think decorated it with embossed core-dinations - panels, flowers and leaves. I put some little gems inside the flowers.
The sentiment is from Stampin' Up.

I dont know about everyone else, but I am in need of trying something different with my craft, and I really enjoyed this! Its so simple.
Hope you like
Take care

Hi Sarah! What a fabulous candle - on my list of things to try :) You've made a brave decision about stepping back a bit - I've had to do that with commitments at times and you will no doubt feel a great sense of relief once the decision is made. Enjoy more time doing what YOU want with your family. Di xx
