I know I've not been the best blogger of late, but things are really busy and on top of it all and very close friend's daughter died unexpectedly and I just can't bring myself to craft at the moment.

I feel helpless and useless as I know there is nothing I can do for them except be there.

When I found out I shot back 20 years to when my brother died and I am so numb, so excuse me for not being around for a while but I need to get my head together.

a colourful blog hop continued.........

Good Morning, WOW What a response to the Blog Hop testerday, well hold on because it is continuing today!!!!

We have a second image to share with you all.

Aren't they sweet, such a lovely versatile image for young and old alike.

I also like it cos I don't have to colour the faces!!

Today's project isn't a card or a box its a front or plague. I haven't decided what to do with it really, but I like that as I can please myself when I'm ready and if an ocassion that suits pops up!!

Its so sweet.

I have embossed and die cut some Tim Holtz Hardward findings and then inked in white.

I also added a heart!!

Love this embossing folder, I have never seen these but will be searching, the embossing is deep and looks amazing.

A Carnival Of Colour Blog Hop

Here is my creation using the new image Jelly Pip isn't she adorable, I can't wait to get my hands on the rest!! I wanted to create something special for a special blog hop so I had to make a box and card

I have kept the layout simple but jazzed it up with the colour and flowers. The sentiment is from Stampin' Up, the paper and ribbons are are from my stash The box was made with a Bigshot Pro Die - love it!!! And some gorgeous blooms.
