Halloween Countdown: Finale

Happy Halloween!!!
Right here is my Final Day to share some Halloween Projects.
I have two projects to share. Both Match Projects I have made previously.
The first is using Pippi, the Pumpkin, from CC Designs.
I have created a square card to match the box I made earlier this week. I think this is going to be a trend for me on the run up to Christmas: Cards with Matching Gift Boxes.
I coloured her using my copics, then cut her out using a nestie and stamped my fav cobweb stamp, from Elzybells, around the edges. Then I mounted her onto several layers of inked oranges and black cardstock, which I punched using my new Martha Stewart Goo Border!!
I ran out of Old Olive Cardstock, so instead I inked up some cream card using Old Olive Ink instead and I am really impressed with how it turned out. I stamped and inked the edges to match the box. I bit of ribbon and charm later and Voila! a finished card.

The Second Project is another box. I used a Lauren Meader Template.

I stamped and inked some grey cardstock and the made the box.

I decorated it using Stampin' Up Papers, they are from the Spiced Cider Designer Papers. I distressed the edges and ripped them a little, then they were inked and stuck to the box.

I stamped Trevor in Memento Ink and coloured him using my Promarkers, I added a little owl too, for a little extra company!!
I hope you like.
I have quite enjoyed having some themed days where I have create related projects, but hopefully making them a little bit different, perhaps another idea for the future!!.
If you have any ideas for Themed Weeks let me know.
Enjoy tonight and Have fun, any children who might be reading stay safe and be careful.

Halloween Countdown: Day 4

I Love Lauren Meader and her templates are so inspiring.

I have used Her Tote Around Town here to create a very Girl Trick or Treat bag.
It is a good Size so will fit lots of Goodies!!!!
I have created it to match the bag I made on Day 2.

Hope you like, last Project tomorrow,

Take Care

Halloween Countdown: Day 3

Warning: VERY LONG POST

But don't let that put you off I only mean that the project I have created to share today is long!!!

I have used the Sizzix Bigz XL Layered Banner Die to cut out most of these pieces. The Paper layers were cut from paper I already had in my stash. Then I stamped the Elzybels Cobweb all over them and the inked the edges and alternated the centres.

Scroll down to see each letter, there is an explanation of what I did at the bottom!!

Each letter was stamped using a Stamp set I bought on Sunday from The Dome. Its from Fourth Dimension and is so versatile, I think you'll be seeing this a bit!
I stamped each letter onto purple card then stamped the cobweb and cut out each letter. For a final touch I sprintzed them with Glimmer Mist!
Each image is from a stamp set I have had a while and cant remember where it was from. These were all coloured using my promarkers and then mounted onto scallop circles or squares. These were punched from Core'dinates and sanded to show the core colour.
I hope you like.
Only a few more days to go, 2 more projects.
Enjoy your day the sun is shining and its lovely in Mansfield.

Halloween Countdown: Day 2

Here is my next project for the Halloween Season. Isn't this witch the cutest!! Loving her Burnt Orange hair!!!! She was coloured using my Promarkers. I cut her out using a nestie and layered her onto another inked and sprintzed nestie.

I love this style of card, and this time I have created it as a sqaure card, instead of the usual A6 size.

The papers are some I bought last year, but arrived too late to use, so they went away til now!!!!

The stopper was created but punching out some circles and layering them up using foam pads, and the image and sentiment are from Elzybels. The button is from SU which I think really finishes the inside off well!

This is the piece of the card which I love the most. While I was away with the rest of the Jems, Marlene's project involved making a flower and then we spritzed it using glimmer mist. Well I treated myself to some on Sunday. I stamped this large barrel topper and then inked it up using Perfect Plum and Pumpkin Pie Ink from SU. I then spritzed it and left it to dry........and a little late this is what was created. WOW don't you think the effect is very spooky!!!! It has a gorgeous shimmer too.

Then I added some ribbons and a charm from my stash.

A few more sentiments from Elzybels

Hope you like Pop by again tomorrow for another treat!!

Halloween Countdown: Day 1

I love Halloween and have always had Parties for my children, although they say they are getting a little old I still like to make them goodies and decorate a little.
Over the next few days I thought I would share with you the things I have been making.
So Here is Day 1: A Gooey Goodie Box.

This gorgeous box was created using some of my "Dome" goodies. First of all the Box is a Sizzix Bigz XL die and I'm thrilled that they have brought out a substantial box, you will definitely be seeing more of these.

I cut it out in Orange Cardstock and inked all the edges using Black ink. Then I cut out some Bazzill Bling Mats and some Old Olive Mats - these Emily stamped using an Elzybells Cobweb stamp in both black and white ink, I think she did a fab job, and she really enjoyed doing it although she won't admit it. The edges were inked and stuck to the black mats.

I used my new Martha Stewart Goo Border Punch, Ohhhhhh I love it such a versatile tool!!!! I then wrapped Orange Gingham Ribbon - from my stash, around it and stuck it down to the mats.

I also used a little bit of ribbon to made a pull tab. I tied a false bow to the front piece and attached a few jump rings and charm, from Bunny Zoe's.

Can you believe I have had this cute stamp since they were released, from CC Designs, but had not inked her up til yesterday. I coloured her using my Copics. Cut her out using a nestie, inked the edges and stamped the same Cobweb stamp around the edges along with the little spider.

And finally a dimensional shot!!
I hope you like, Pop back tomorrow for Day2.
Have a lovely Day, I'm feeling so much better today so hopefully having a full day crafting.

Maybe I need a break.......

Hi all, well yesterday was the last of my scheduled posts, and I have to say being organised may need to take a short break. I am soooo ill.

Well I had a little bit a retail therapy yesterday at The Dome, Doncaster. It was a great day.

I thought I would share with you the things I bought.
Although it has not helped my cold.

My head is thumping and eyes and nose are running, not good for colouring images. I'm hoping to be able to make something later to share, but who knows.

I also wanted to share another birthday card I received, from my SU Sister Sarah-Jane, she is a great inspiration with her creations and the card she sent me was no exception. I love it.
I love unusual styles of cards and hope to feel better soon to have a go at this one. Thank you SJ.
Hope you have a lovely day all

Trying to get organised.

This is the last project I created at the weekend, and the last one to be posted on my scheduled posts. Maybe I can change and become organised!!!!!!!! I've done Ok the last couple of weeks adn have really tried to be organised and scheduled posts for every day!!
I love these recently released stamp sets by Elzybells, they really are a crafter's dream. They are quirky and fun.
I just knew I have to create a stationary set! There is a problem however, cant get hold of this paper set from Making Memories any more!!!!!

So I'm just gonna have to create another one in a different colour way, one I have quite a bit of!!!!!

I created a wallet to hold some stamped cards to go inside!! I thought it would make a fab present for a crafter.

I hope you like, I certainly did.

Take care, its half term so I'm really in a good mood, pop back tomorrow and see how much of a good mood I'm in!!!!
